Who you are

You have extensive experience in finance, ideally within a SaaS company that has scaled beyond $100 million in annual recurring revenue. As a Finance Lead, you've held significant responsibility, likely as the #1 or #2 in your finance department, and have a strong understanding of usage-based revenue models. Your background includes working in a remote-first environment, which has equipped you with the skills to manage finance operations effectively across different time zones and cultures.

You are comfortable with multi-entity financial management and have a proven track record of driving financial strategy in a fast-paced, product-led organization. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from financial data that inform business decisions. You are also adept at communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's financial goals.

Desirable

Experience with multi-entity finance operations is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges of a remote-first company. If you've worked in a development tool SaaS environment, that would be particularly beneficial. You understand the nuances of scaling finance operations in a rapidly growing company and are ready to take on the challenges that come with it.

What you'll do
