You are a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong commitment to improving women's mental health. You have at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. Your background includes at least six months of telehealth experience, and you are eager to make a profound impact in a mission-driven organization.

You understand the unique challenges women face throughout their reproductive life stages, and you are dedicated to providing high-quality holistic mental health care. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clinicians and the Director of Medical Operations to deliver effective treatment for common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Seven Starling's team as a PMHNP, providing virtual behavioral health services to women. You will support patients through various reproductive life stages, ensuring they receive the care they need. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing medication for patients. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers and health plans to ensure accessible and affordable care.

You will be part of a growing organization that values high-quality care and aims to make a significant impact on women's mental health. Your role will involve utilizing a holistic clinical model that combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management. You will work remotely in a part-time W-2 position, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to a meaningful cause.
