Who you are

You are a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong commitment to improving women's mental health. You have at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. Your background includes at least six months of telehealth experience, and you value high-quality care in a mission-driven environment. You are eager to join an early-stage startup and make a profound impact on women's health.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages, including perinatal to perimenopause. You will collaborate with clinicians and the Director of Medical Operations to deliver specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management. Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, ensuring that patients receive accessible and affordable care. You will also engage with healthcare providers and health plans to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
