What you'll do

As a Lead Tech FullStack Java at SFEIR, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the Rennes agency — you will lead the development of innovative web and mobile applications, ensuring they are built with a focus on performance and user experience. You will collaborate closely with your team to design and implement robust architectures that support our clients' ambitious projects.

You will also be responsible for promoting best practices in software development, including code reviews and continuous integration — your leadership will help foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
