What you'll do

As a Lead Tech FullStack Java at SFEIR, you will be at the forefront of launching our new agency in Niort — your role will involve building a cohesive team and establishing best practices for development. You will lead the design and implementation of high-performance applications, ensuring they align with our clients' ambitious goals.

You will collaborate closely with clients from various sectors, including large corporations and insurance companies, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise in architecture and cloud technologies will be crucial as you guide the team in creating innovative applications that leverage AI and data effectively.

You will also participate in pair programming sessions and algorithmic challenges, fostering a culture of trust and inclusion within the team. Your contributions will help shape the future of SFEIR Niort, making it a vibrant community of tech enthusiasts.
