What you'll do
As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you will be the face of SFMOMA, engaging with visitors and ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will work closely with the Managers of Visitor Experience to implement strategies that enhance guest interactions. Your role will involve greeting visitors, providing information about exhibitions, and assisting with any inquiries they may have. You will also collaborate with your team to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the museum's values of inclusivity and passion for art.
