Who you are
You are a strategic and outcome-focused individual with a proven track record in product management, particularly within the payments sector. You have experience in defining and driving the strategic direction of product divisions, aligning them with company goals and market opportunities. Your ability to develop a clear vision and roadmap for payment products is complemented by your strong collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the product development process. Your experience includes leading the development and delivery of new payment products and features, from concept to launch, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects successfully.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the strategic trajectory of Shift4's payment products, creating and executing comprehensive product roadmaps that outline key initiatives, features, and milestones. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing these initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative payment solutions that meet market demands.
