Overview

Shinola is hiring a Wholesale Brand Ambassador Lead to oversee the Wholesale Brand Ambassador program and support wholesale accounts. This role requires strong leadership and relationship management skills.

You have a proven track record in brand marketing and leadership, with experience in managing teams and developing effective training programs. Your ability to foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of brand consistency and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable communicating with various teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing schedules and priorities effectively. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the performance of the Wholesale Brand Ambassador program and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to enhance processes and drive results.

What you'll do

As the Wholesale Brand Ambassador Lead, you will oversee the Wholesale Brand Ambassador program, ensuring that all ambassadors are well-trained and equipped to represent Shinola effectively. You will create and manage monthly schedules and account visit assignments based on wholesale priority needs, acting as the primary point of contact for all Wholesale Brand Ambassadors. Regular communication and monthly check-ins will be part of your routine to ensure that ambassadors are meeting expectations and delivering on brand promises.

You will serve as a field representative, supporting wholesale accounts that are not directly covered by a Wholesale Brand Ambassador. This hands-on approach will allow you to build strong relationships with partners and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with Wholesale Account Managers to ensure that visit reports are completed and that feedback is shared to continuously improve the program.
