What you'll do

As an Operations Supervisor at ShipMonk, you will oversee daily fulfillment operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery.

You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner. Your ability to lift up to 50lbs will be essential as you assist with physical tasks when necessary. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the fulfillment center operates in alignment with company standards.
