As a customer service enthusiast, you recognize that our network of Auto Repair Shops is the cornerstone of our business and is key to our ongoing growth and success. With your knack for solving tough problems and your focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive in a Customer Support job with Shopmonkey. Your ability to form a trusted bond, listen attentively, and respond to all Auto Shop inquiries will make you the critical touchpoint between Shopmonkey and our valued Customers.

You are someone who enjoys tackling challenges that will continually spark your intellect, fuel your passion, and drive your professional growth. You understand the importance of a relationship-based approach and are committed to delivering best-in-class service to our Customers. Your role will involve liaising between our Auto Shop customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure innovative, individualized solutions that satisfy the ever-changing needs of our Customer base.

What you'll do

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work in our Morgan Hill office three days a week and remotely for two days. You will learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry, which will empower you to provide effective relationship-based customer service. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring that our Auto Repair Shops feel supported and valued. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our existing Customer base by building loyalty and trust with our Auto Repair Shops.

As a part of a growing and changing startup, you will experience variety, change, challenges, and creativity in designing solutions that go beyond the typical support role. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
