Who you are

With over 8 years of experience in data science, you have a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python and R, and you are proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases. Your expertise extends to cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and GCP, allowing you to leverage the power of cloud computing in your projects. You are well-versed in Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn, and you have hands-on experience with machine learning tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow and BERT. Your solid understanding of statistics enables you to design statistical hypothesis tests that inform decision-making processes effectively.

You have a proven track record of developing predictive models using various machine learning algorithms, including SVM, Random Forest, Neural Networks, Decision Trees, and Logistic Regression. Your ability to engage with clients and understand complex problem statements allows you to offer tailored solutions in sectors such as Retail, Pharma, Banking, and Insurance. You are proactive in contributing to internal product development initiatives related to data science, and you have experience in managing end-to-end client AI and analytics programs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take on a combination of hands-on contributions and technical team management. You will guide a team of data scientists to meet their deliverables while also engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. You will be responsible for developing a data science roadmap that aligns with client objectives and drives project success. Your role will involve regular project reviews and audits to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

You will allocate workloads among team members, considering their availability and skill sets, to optimize project outcomes. Your strong project management skills will be essential in delivering complex projects, including effort and time estimation. You will also define technology strategies and roadmaps for client accounts, guiding the implementation of these strategies within projects. Your ability to discover insights hidden in large datasets will drive business results and enhance client engagement processes for faster turnaround and higher accuracy.
