Sigmoid is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery and client engagement in Bengaluru. You'll work on complex data science and machine learning problems, requiring strong experience in analytics and project management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 12-15 years of experience in Project Delivery, Client Engagement, or Analytics Delivery Management — you've successfully managed complex project execution and governance while engaging with clients to understand their business context. Your strong background in Analytics, Consulting, or IT Services has equipped you with the skills to handle client escalations and governance reviews effectively.
You are familiar with Data Science and Data Engineering QA frameworks, risk tracking, and BI dashboards — tools like Tableau and Power BI are second nature to you. Your ability to manage multiple project teams and mentor Delivery Managers showcases your leadership skills and commitment to driving process improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their unique business challenges and deliver tailored data solutions. You will lead project teams in executing complex data science and machine learning initiatives across various industries, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project governance, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding Delivery Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within your teams. Your expertise in analytics and project management will be crucial in navigating the complexities of client engagements and ensuring successful project outcomes.
