You have a strong background in consulting, particularly within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Your experience in analytics and business transformation allows you to effectively drive execution of business-analytics roadmaps for key clients. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on tackling complex business problems with data-driven solutions.

Your technical expertise includes a deep understanding of data engineering, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence. You are familiar with the applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms, and you have hands-on experience with analytical tools that enable you to derive insights from data. You are also well-versed in DataOps practices, ensuring that data is managed efficiently and effectively throughout its lifecycle.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse teams to inspire and energize others. Desirable

Experience in a consulting or analytics firm, particularly with a Big-4 or digital practice, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with the CPG industry, either through direct work or consulting, will give you an edge in this role. Additionally, having an active B1/B2 (US Visa) is a plus, as it may facilitate collaboration with international clients.

What you'll do

As an Engagement Manager at Sigmoid, you will own and drive the execution of the business-analytics roadmap for key CPG clients. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into actionable analytics strategies. You will leverage your techno-functional consulting skills to guide clients through their data transformation journeys, ensuring that they can make accurate and fast business decisions based on real-time insights.

You will work with a high-performing team to develop modern data architectures that utilize cloud and open-source technologies. Your role will require you to demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills, as you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of analytics projects from inception to completion. You will also be expected to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.

In addition to project execution, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding Sigmoid's footprint within the CPG sector. Your ability to analyze market trends and client needs will be crucial in shaping the future direction of our services.
