Mindtickle is hiring an Engagement Manager to drive the delivery and business success of their solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Who you are

You have a strong background in managing client engagements, ideally with experience in SaaS or technology consulting. Your technical expertise allows you to understand complex solutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. You are results-driven and focused on delivering value to clients, ensuring their goals are met through effective solutioning and support.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams such as Professional Services, Tech Support, and Field Engineering. Your ability to coordinate across departments ensures that clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their journey with Mindtickle. You are adept at identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, both for clients and within the organization.

What you'll do

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Mindtickle solutions, ensuring that client goals are met through effective implementation and ongoing support. You will partner with the Client Partner to co-own account success, focusing on delivery, solutioning, and value realization. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to facilitate seamless implementation and adoption of Mindtickle's products and services.

You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive business success. Your technical expertise will enable you to guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring they derive maximum value from Mindtickle's offerings. You will also be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
