You have 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within a technical environment. You understand the importance of aligning learning strategies with business goals and have a proven track record of designing effective learning interventions that drive business growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels makes you a trusted advisor in talent development.
You possess strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, allowing you to generate insightful reports and dashboards that measure learning effectiveness. Your experience in designing structured learning journeys for both technical and leadership roles demonstrates your capability to translate complex needs into impactful learning solutions.
You are adept at leveraging both internal subject matter experts and external partners to curate high-impact learning programs. Your understanding of the Data Engineering landscape enables you to identify capability gaps and future skill needs, ensuring that learning pathways are progressive and aligned with career growth.
Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to embed essential skills such as execution excellence and people leadership into learning programs. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Data Engineering leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into structured learning roadmaps. You will design and curate learning interventions that cater to both technical and leadership competencies, ensuring that they are role-based and aligned with career progression.
You will support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for technical and people leaders, embedding critical skills that enhance communication and stakeholder management. Your role will also involve defining success metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
You will regularly review learning outcomes through feedback from managers and mentors, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Your strategic partnership with business leaders will be crucial in identifying future skill needs and capability gaps, allowing you to proactively address them through targeted learning solutions.
