You are skilled in using tools like Articulate 360 to create e-learning modules and microlearning resources. Your project management abilities allow you to coordinate onboarding sessions and support learning programs from start to finish, ensuring continuous improvement based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.

What you'll do

As a Learning & Development Partner at Five9, you will design, develop, and curate onboarding and ongoing learning content that aligns with the company's objectives. You will coordinate new-hire onboarding sessions, managing logistics and scheduling to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Your role will involve supporting learning programs end-to-end, including project coordination, communications, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

You will also support the administration of the Learning Hub, overseeing system configuration, content management, and data integrity. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking mandatory compliance training and ensuring that all employees meet their development requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.
