Overview
Sigmoid is hiring an Organization Development (OD) Specialist to design and execute impactful organization development initiatives. You'll partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and culture. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in organization development, with experience in designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture. Your excellent communication and facilitation skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders across the organization. You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating across functions to drive impactful outcomes.
You enjoy working in a services-driven, fast-paced environment and have a passion for balancing culture, capability building, and employee experience. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret people data and translate insights into actionable interventions that benefit the organization.
What you'll do
As an OD Specialist, you will partner closely with business and COE leaders to design and deliver organization development initiatives that focus on culture, career architecture, talent management, employee satisfaction, and leadership development. You will drive employee engagement programs, conduct E-sat surveys, and analyze insights to create actionable interventions.
You will lead focus group discussions, workshops, and multi-functional team meetings, documenting insights and outcomes to inform future initiatives. Additionally, you will independently manage and execute day-to-day OD initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Conducting benchmarking and research on OD trends will be a key part of your role, allowing you to continuously improve programs and practices. You will create high-quality presentations and communication materials using tools like Darwinbox, PowerPoint, and Canva to effectively convey your ideas and initiatives.
