Overview
SignalWire, Inc is hiring a Product Manager to own the product vision and strategy for a European-based team. You'll work with complex technical products for developer audiences. This position requires experience in managing product outcomes and communicating with technical stakeholders.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record of managing an entire product or owning significant scope — you've created measurable customer and business outcomes and can articulate your specific contributions to those outcomes. You thrive in environments where you communicate with highly technical people, having built complex technical products for developer audiences. You prefer working with autonomous, long-running teams and engage with customers weekly to understand their needs. You are comfortable working without timeline roadmaps and know how to communicate outcome-based plans to customers and stakeholders. You have a strong ability to ship iteratively and find ways around, over, or through obstacles, keeping the team focused on vision and strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product vision and strategy, ensuring that the team is grounded in the overall strategy while addressing customer problems. You will bring context and data to help the team choose the best solutions, owning a key metric and having the authority to influence it. Your responsibilities will include building capabilities for customers with complex deployment, security, and management requirements, as well as driving the product development process from conception to execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features that meet customer needs. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What we offer
SignalWire, Inc offers a remote work environment for a European-based team, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland. You will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on delivering innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies. The company values autonomy and encourages you to take ownership of your work, providing opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
