Who you are
You have a Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant field and possess strong experience in building machine learning models. You are proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Your background includes working with SQL databases, allowing you to manage and analyze data effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, valuing teamwork and peer review to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success. You understand the importance of risk management in e-commerce and are passionate about using technology to minimize fraud exposure.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with data processing tools and techniques. You may also have experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments, which will help you contribute to the end-to-end ownership of decision-making engines.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that are integral to Signifyd's product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the e-commerce shopping experience by reducing false positive declines and improving fraud detection. Your work will involve conducting research and development to innovate new solutions that empower online retailers. You will also participate in peer reviews of experiments and code, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of risk management tools that help businesses grow their sales while protecting their revenue.
