What you'll do

As the Director, Chief of Staff, you will be the primary strategic and operational partner to the Chief Information and Global Supply Chain Officer. You will own the operating system for the CIO/GSC organization, setting priorities and governing execution across various initiatives. Your role will involve monitoring performance, including financial metrics, and surfacing risks to ensure that the organization remains on track to meet its goals. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the company's growth objectives, particularly as SimpliSafe scales toward becoming a $1B global enterprise. You will also play a key role in fostering a supportive workplace culture that prioritizes safety and inclusivity.
