You are proactive in evaluating and adopting new features of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in integration solutions. Your experience includes establishing security protocols and governance policies that maintain the integrity and performance of integration services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing a standardized, secure, and scalable API-led connectivity layer using MuleSoft. You will lead the technical evaluation and adoption of new Anypoint Platform features, ensuring that the organization leverages the latest capabilities to enhance integration performance.

You will define the MuleSoft Operating Model and best practices for Runtime Fabric and Hybrid deployments, driving the strategic development of the integration landscape. Your responsibilities will include implementing organization-wide governance, performance, and security policies to ensure consistency and maintainability at scale.

As a Staff Integration Engineer, you will mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and driving the adoption of best practices. You will also be responsible for establishing security as code for the entire integration layer, preventing future operational instability and technical debt.

Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their integration needs and translate them into effective solutions. You will be expected to drive the strategic evolution of the integration landscape, moving beyond tactical point-to-point solutions to embrace strategic API product ownership.
