You thrive in a role that allows you to take technical ownership and lead feature deliveries with autonomy, ensuring that the solutions you architect are robust and scalable. Your experience spans diverse verticals, including telecom and energy, and you are passionate about building elite engineering teams while managing technical debt effectively.

You have a proven track record of mentoring engineers, fostering their growth, and enhancing the technical capabilities of your team. Your responsibilities will include guiding root cause analysis for incidents, continuously monitoring system health, and proactively identifying potential issues. You will embrace ambiguity during initial development stages, leading by example in generating technical design documents, data models, and proofs of concept to gather feedback and refine designs iteratively.
