What you'll do
As a Staff Engineer at Trustpilot, you will work closely with the Consumer teams—Voice, Decisions, and Reach—as well as the Design Systems team. Your role will involve shaping the user experience on the platform, ensuring that it aligns with Trustpilot's mission to be the universal symbol of trust. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
You will take ownership of key projects, guiding them from conception through to deployment. Your technical expertise will be crucial in making architectural decisions and optimizing the performance of the platform. You will also play a vital role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
