You possess a foundational understanding of hardware and software development processes, and you are familiar with various operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and Mac. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges will be key in this role, as you will be involved in various aspects of system architecture and integration.

What you'll do

As a Systems Engineering Intern at Skydio, you will contribute to the design and development of autonomous flying robots. You will assist in defining system and subsystem architectures that align with Skydio's product vision. Your role will involve working closely with hardware, embedded, and autonomy teams to ensure seamless integration of various components.

You will help build and maintain in-house tools for system characterization, development, validation, and manufacturing. This hands-on experience will provide you with valuable insights into the complexities of systems engineering in the context of cutting-edge drone technology.
