Your background includes a deep understanding of AI technologies, including model orchestration and LLMOps, which allows you to translate complex capabilities into user-friendly solutions.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and other product managers to create seamless experiences — your ability to think in systems enables you to identify and solve challenges that arise in the development process. What you'll do

In this role, you will define the roadmap for Skyscanner’s GenAI platform, focusing on infrastructure, tooling, and developer productivity — you will champion the AI platform strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall company vision and goals. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement features that enhance the developer experience, enabling them to build, test, and deploy AI models efficiently.

You will lead initiatives to improve observability and monitoring of AI systems, ensuring that performance metrics are tracked and analyzed — your insights will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the platform. You will also collaborate with data scientists to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features that enhance their workflows.

Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features — you will facilitate discussions and workshops to ensure that the product meets the needs of its users. You will also be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog and managing the development process to deliver high-quality features on time.
