What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager at Pipedrive, you will own the vision and strategy for the Agentic AI experiences — you will define how these capabilities deliver value to customers across the Pipedrive CRM. Your role will involve shaping the user experience and ensuring that the underlying AI platform is robust and scalable.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, applied AI, and machine learning teams to build and enhance the AI capabilities that power our products — your insights will guide the development of features that are safe, reliable, and user-friendly. You will also work with design teams to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement.
