What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager, MarTech at Skyscanner, you will own and evolve the product backlog for marketing performance and user data across two high-performing squads. Your mission is to enhance the way Skyscanner serves travellers by building a platform that tracks identity and manages compliance. You will collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to implement smarter personalisation and better pricing strategies. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and ensuring that the product aligns with the overall company vision. Your role will involve conducting user research to identify opportunities for improvement and working on A/B testing to validate new features. You will lead sprint planning sessions and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements. You will also monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, ensuring that Skyscanner remains the go-to travel ally for millions of travellers.
