What you'll do

At Skyways, you will play a critical role in the development of our autonomous aerial platforms — your contributions will directly impact our core technology and help drive our growth and revenue. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design, test, and operate our systems in the field, ensuring that we learn from every deployment and continuously improve our offerings.

You will be responsible for developing software that enables our UAVs to navigate complex environments autonomously. This includes implementing computer vision algorithms that allow our aircraft to perceive and interpret their surroundings. You will also collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components, optimizing performance and reliability.

As part of your role, you will mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
