You have a strong background in hardware engineering, with experience in leading teams through the entire product lifecycleβfrom early design to production and fielded reliability. You thrive in hands-on leadership roles where you can directly influence the physical systems that make aircraft fly. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including flight, software, manufacturing, and supply chain, to turn innovative designs into operational aircraft. You are passionate about building and scaling hardware systems that meet rigorous performance and reliability standards.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of hardware execution processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where rapid iteration and real-world deployment are key. What you'll do
As the Director of Hardware at Skyways, you will own the execution of aircraft hardware from initial design through to production and fielded reliability.
