You have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in scaling production processes for complex systems. You understand the intricacies of aligning engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to commercial production. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams through rapid iterations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
You are passionate about the aerospace industry and have a keen interest in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Your technical depth allows you to contribute to the design and operational aspects of aircraft, ensuring that production methods are both innovative and practical. What you'll do
As a Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Skyways, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of air transportation. You will lead efforts to scale production of our autonomous aircraft, developing processes that make manufacturing predictable and efficient.
