You have a strong background in CRM management and consumer marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement. Your experience includes leading teams and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams to deliver impactful messaging to customers.

You are proficient in using marketing automation tools, particularly Braze, and understand how to leverage data insights to optimize customer lifecycle strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret campaign performance metrics and make informed decisions that drive repeat orders and customer loyalty. You have a passion for storytelling and enjoy crafting compelling narratives that resonate with consumers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a small team of CRM specialists, setting priorities and coaching them for growth while ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns. You will own the consumer lifecycle strategy, focusing on onboarding, reactivation, retention, and loyalty initiatives. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that engage customers and boost order volume for independent pizzerias.
