You have experience as a Salesforce Administrator, adept at gathering requirements and building scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. You understand how to leverage Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein, to enhance automation and improve user experiences. You are skilled in using Custom Objects, Flows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to create effective solutions that streamline processes. You have a strong understanding of user configuration, roles, and permission sets, ensuring that the Salesforce environment is optimized for team needs.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working directly with team members to define success metrics and requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders allows you to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results that drive organizational growth. You are also open to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your work.
