Who you are
You have a solid background in Salesforce administration, with experience in configuring and maintaining Salesforce platforms for enterprise clients. You are adept at troubleshooting system errors and providing first-line support for users, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your ability to gather and analyze business requirements allows you to effectively configure the Salesforce environment to maximize business value.
You possess knowledge of Apex and SOQL, which enables you to implement enhancements and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Familiarity with change management and release planning is essential, as you will be involved in ensuring that updates and changes are smoothly integrated into the existing system. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus, as it complements your Salesforce expertise and enhances your ability to manage data effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of enterprise and government clients. You will serve as the first line of support for Salesforce-related issues, assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving system errors.
