Smartsheet is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator II to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You'll work closely with various teams to drive process improvements and maintain high accuracy in transactions.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in operations coordination, ideally within a fulfillment or customer service environment — you understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders and invoices. You are detail-oriented and committed to achieving high standards in your work, ensuring that every transaction is completed with precision. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to support complex orders and drive process improvements. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are able to provide guidance to team members as questions arise on a daily basis. You are adaptable and can handle the occasional demands of month-end closing tasks, demonstrating your ability to manage time effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer sales orders, including new product orders, upgrade orders, and renewal orders. You will ensure the timely and accurate activation of Feature Trial Requests and Promotional accounts, aiming for over 98% accuracy in all processed transactions. You will collaborate with the Deal Operations and Deal Desk teams to provide support for high-value, complex orders, leveraging your knowledge and experience to drive process improvements in Fulfillment Operations. You will also serve as a key source of knowledge for your team, assisting with inquiries and providing support in various operational tasks.
