Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Internationalization & Localization to drive global expansion and ensure a world-ready product. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration across teams.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in internationalization and localization, with a proven track record of driving global initiatives. You understand the complexities of adapting products for diverse markets and have a strategic mindset that aligns with business growth objectives. Your ability to advocate for best practices in internationalization makes you a key player in cross-functional teams. You are skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with engineering and product teams to align on feature readiness. Your experience includes developing guidelines and documentation that support internationalization efforts, making you a valuable resource for your colleagues.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and own the internationalization program strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and product launch cycles. You will drive cross-organizational initiatives, ensuring that all customer-facing content is localized effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the end-to-end localization process, from strategy development to execution. You will act as the primary advocate for internationalization best practices, developing and socializing guidelines that enhance the quality of localized content. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that internationalized features are delivered on time and meet the needs of global users. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and address any challenges that arise during the localization process. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of localization efforts and making recommendations for improvements.
