Who you are
You have a strong background in sales and enablement, with experience in developing and executing onboarding programs that drive productivity. Your ability to coach and diagnose productivity hurdles sets you apart, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between training and real-world execution. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with peers to ensure a consistent and scalable onboarding experience for new hires. Your communication skills enable you to serve as a vital link between new sales representatives, their managers, and the broader sales organization. You are dedicated to identifying and closing gaps that hinder new hire success, ensuring that every team member reaches their full potential.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales Readiness team to co-deliver and refine the end-to-end ramp program, ensuring it is impactful and consistent across the organization. You will facilitate training sessions, providing hands-on coaching to new hires as they transition from training to active selling. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing productivity hurdles and working with sales leaders to implement solutions that enhance performance. You will also gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously improve the onboarding process, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the sales team. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the sales enablement function at Smartsheet, helping to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
