Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning operations, with a strong background in deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments. Your expertise includes building data pipelines and ensuring high performance and reliability of AI products. You are proficient in Python and familiar with MLOps best practices, allowing you to effectively manage the machine learning lifecycle.
You have experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and are comfortable using containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Your knowledge of machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, enables you to build and fine-tune models effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, which helps you monitor model performance and implement necessary adjustments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting the machine learning production lifecycle at Smartsheet. You will build and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable and reliable. Your work will involve monitoring production ML models, identifying issues such as model drift, and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain the infrastructure that supports our AI products. This includes optimizing models for performance and cost-effectiveness, as well as scaling AI/ML services. You will also have the opportunity to work with pre-trained large language models and deep learning architectures, contributing to innovative solutions that empower teams to automate processes and uncover insights.
