Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on policy enforcement and governance. You understand the needs of IT and Governance teams and are passionate about solving complex challenges related to data lifecycle management. Your strategic thinking and customer-centric approach enable you to drive impactful solutions that meet enterprise customer needs.
You possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, legal, and security. You are adept at managing stakeholder expectations and translating complex requirements into actionable roadmaps. Your ability to think critically and analyze data helps you make informed decisions that enhance product offerings.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager for Policy & Governance at Smartsheet, you will own the execution roadmap for a core product area that enables enterprise customers to manage organizational risk and enforce internal usage policies. You will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver solutions that provide granular control and ensure data integrity. Your role will involve defining the long-term vision for policy enforcement and data lifecycle management, ensuring that the product meets regulatory compliance standards.
You will lead initiatives that drive the adoption of premium governance and control features, working to enhance customer satisfaction and product usability. Your hands-on approach will allow you to contribute to the development of features that empower teams to automate processes and uncover insights. You will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback and iterating on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
