You have over 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in technical environments, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively interface with stakeholders, developers, and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements. You possess a solid understanding of web development processes and content management systems, particularly Drupal, which enables you to guide technical discussions and decisions effectively. You are adept at managing project backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and addressing risks proactively, ensuring that project timelines are met without compromising quality. Your analytical mindset helps you assess project requirements and scope accurately, allowing you to provide clear guidance to your team. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-person engagement to foster team cohesion and productivity.

Desirable

Experience with Smartsheet is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to manage project workflows and documentation efficiently. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools will also be beneficial, as you will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Team to align technical projects with marketing objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with multiple teams across Smartsheet to define the scope, requirements, and level of effort for enhancements to web properties and the Drupal content management system. You will lead the execution of technical projects by coordinating with various functions of the business, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing the active work and backlog, addressing priorities and risks, and communicating these effectively to team resources and business partners. You will ensure release readiness by administering user acceptance testing (UAT) for key feature launches, providing go/no-go decisions based on thorough risk and priority assessments. Your role will also involve continuous improvement of project management processes, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project execution.
