You have 5+ years of experience in engineering management, particularly in AI and machine learning domains — you've successfully led teams that develop and deploy complex AI solutions at scale. Your background includes a strong technical foundation in Python and SQL, allowing you to engage deeply with your team's work and guide architectural decisions effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, fostering innovation and creativity among your team members — you understand the importance of balancing foundational research with practical engineering to deliver impactful solutions. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and growth, helping your team members reach their full potential while achieving project goals.
You possess a solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes — you know how to leverage these technologies to build scalable and reliable systems. Your expertise in microservices architecture enables you to design systems that are both efficient and maintainable.
Desirable
Experience with Elasticsearch and data pipelines is a plus, as you will be working on projects that require efficient data handling and retrieval — familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries will also enhance your ability to contribute to the team's research initiatives.
