What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Snowflake, you will lead and grow a team of talented engineers focused on the Developer Platform. You will oversee the design and development of Drivers, SDKs, APIs, and Clients, ensuring that these components are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Your role will involve setting clear goals and expectations for your team, providing guidance and support as they navigate challenges and opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with product management and other engineering teams to align on priorities and deliverables, ensuring that the Developer Platform meets the evolving needs of our users. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within your team, driving performance through regular feedback and coaching.

In addition to technical leadership, you will play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making, contributing to the overall vision and direction of the Developer Platform.
