Overview

Snowflake is hiring a Regional Partner Director for the North region to develop and expand their partner ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration across various teams to drive partner and sales program adoption.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a proven field leader with a track record of developing and executing successful partner ecosystems. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving innovation and impact within your organization. You have a strong ability to build shared visions and plans for partner relationships, ensuring alignment across various functions.

You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with cross-functional teams, including field leadership, alliances, sales, marketing, and professional services. Your experience in managing partner relationships and driving accountability to achieve field goals and KPI metrics sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Snowflake's partner ecosystem strategy in the North region. You will drive the adoption of partner and sales programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals. Your ability to track progress and hold teams accountable will be crucial in achieving success.

You will collaborate closely with geo field leadership and various internal teams to cultivate a comprehensive ecosystem of services-oriented partners. Your leadership will help enable and accelerate growth for Snowflake, as you work to empower enterprises to achieve their full potential through innovative cloud data solutions.
