Who you are
You are an experienced Payroll Manager with a strong background in payroll operations, particularly within the EMEA region. You possess excellent leadership skills and are adept at coaching and mentoring team members to ensure accountability and performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for process improvement and standardization, ensuring that payroll operations are efficient and scalable.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at communicating with cross-functional business partners. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage payroll operations for approximately 20+ entities across the EMEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day payroll operations while adhering to company policies and internal controls. You will coach and mentor other team members in the payroll department, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance.
You will also be involved in brainstorming and implementing ideas for process standardization and automation, contributing to the overall effectiveness of payroll operations. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various business partners to ensure that payroll processes align with organizational goals and support the company's growth.
