What you'll do
As the Program Manager for User Groups at Snowflake, you will define the roadmap for global expansion of community-led chapters. This involves analyzing community data to identify high-growth regions and working closely with regional teams to support user group activities on the ground. You will own the administration and optimization of the community tech stack, ensuring that hundreds of chapters can operate autonomously while maintaining a cohesive strategy.
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of chapter leaders, from vetting new chapter requests to conducting kickoff calls and onboarding. Your role will also include maintaining a library of resources to enable and accelerate the growth of these chapters. You will be responsible for creating a unified global engine that drives product adoption, technical education, and brand advocacy, ensuring that the User Group program scales efficiently across the globe.
