You have a strong background in program management with a focus on benefits administration, particularly in the Americas. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong vendor management skills, making you adept at overseeing daily operations of benefit programs. Your expertise in US and LATAM benefit compliance laws positions you as a subject matter expert in this field.
You understand the importance of operational efficiency and integrity in managing health and welfare benefit programs. Your experience includes ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of the benefits offered to employees. You are detail-oriented and skilled in process management, data validation, and system integration oversight, which are essential for the success of the benefits programs you manage.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Americas Health and Welfare benefit programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of employees and comply with all relevant regulations. You will oversee vendor management, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that all benefit offerings are effectively communicated to employees. Your role will involve managing compliance and reporting, including regulatory filings, plan audits, and non-discrimination testing, to ensure that all programs adhere to legal requirements.
You will also be tasked with program reconciliations, reporting, and analysis to assess the effectiveness of the benefits programs. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will be crucial in helping the organization achieve its goals of providing world-class solutions for employees and their families.
