What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Americas Health and Welfare benefit programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of employees and comply with all relevant regulations. You will oversee vendor management, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that all benefit offerings are effectively communicated to employees. Your role will involve managing compliance and reporting, including regulatory filings, plan audits, and non-discrimination testing, to ensure that all programs adhere to legal requirements.

You will also be tasked with program reconciliations, reporting, and analysis to assess the effectiveness of the benefits programs. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will be crucial in helping the organization achieve its goals of providing world-class solutions for employees and their families. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for benefits-related compliance, working closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the benefits programs are aligned with company objectives.
