You have a strong background in compensation operations with at least 5 years of experience managing compensation programs. Your expertise in systems like Workday allows you to ensure data integrity and optimize compensation tools effectively. What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Compensation Operations, you will lead the Annual Market Review (AMR) cycle, designing and executing the global compensation planning process. You will ensure the accurate and timely calculation of non-sales incentive plans, overseeing their administration and payout. Your role will involve acting as the primary liaison between the Compensation team and other departments, ensuring seamless grant processing and compliance with tax regulations. You will also be responsible for the configuration and optimization of compensation modules within Workday and other HRIS tools, driving continuous improvement in compensation operations. Your leadership will help shape the compensation strategy, aligning it with Snowflake's growth objectives and culture of innovation.
