What you'll do

As a Senior Product Design Manager at Snowflake, you will oversee the design for various products, including Collaboration, Horizon Catalog, Marketplace, and Postgres. Your primary responsibility will be to define the design strategy for the Horizon Catalog, ensuring it serves as a Universal AI Catalog that provides context and governance for AI across enterprise data. You will champion a code-first, prototype-driven approach, encouraging your teams to validate ideas using AI-enabled tools. You will lead systems design efforts, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to accelerate discovery and enhance user experiences. Your role will involve setting design standards and best practices, ensuring that the design team delivers high-quality work that meets user needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation within the design team, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI in design.
