Who you are

You are a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in the public sector ecosystem — you understand procurement models, partner dynamics, and the needs of mission-driven buyers. You have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales and product teams to drive growth and awareness. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that marketing initiatives are well-integrated and impactful.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and results. Your leadership style fosters innovation and encourages team members to challenge conventional thinking, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in public sector marketing.

Desirable

Experience in federal and SLED marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You are adept at leveraging insights from market research to inform your strategies and are always looking for ways to enhance your marketing efforts through new technologies and methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the holistic public sector marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with sales, partners, and product teams to drive awareness and pipeline growth. You will serve as the senior marketing leader and direct counterpart to the Head of Public Sector Sales, jointly shaping go-to-market strategies and priorities across federal and SLED. Your responsibilities will include defining and owning the comprehensive public sector marketing strategy, overseeing field marketing, content creation, partner marketing, and product marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with public sector audiences. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the public sector. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring that marketing efforts are well-coordinated and effective.
