You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on performance optimization and data architecture — your experience spans across SQL, data warehousing, and data engineering, allowing you to tackle complex customer performance issues effectively. You understand the nuances of transaction processing and have a keen eye for performance analysis, enabling you to provide insights that drive product improvements. Your analytical mindset helps you connect customer business problems with Snowflake's solutions, ensuring that you can deliver impactful results.

What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer in the Applied Performance Group, you will play a critical role in addressing customer performance challenges and enhancing Snowflake's product offerings. You will collaborate with engineering teams to pioneer deployments using the latest technologies, ensuring that Snowflake remains at the forefront of the cloud data platform industry.
