What you'll do
As the Technical Delivery Director, you will lead the Services Delivery Team, ensuring that your teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architects deliver on Snowflake's Professional Services offerings. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategies and processes that enhance the quality of consulting and implementation services, ultimately accelerating customer adoption of Snowflake's platform. You will create highly accurate financial forecasts and monitor performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
You will also play a key role in maintaining the technical skills and knowledge of your team, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to keep them at the forefront of industry trends. Your role will involve regular interaction with customers, where you will provide insights and recommendations based on your extensive knowledge of Snowflake's capabilities. You will work closely with other leaders within the organization to align service delivery with overall business goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
